Ribbon of Remembrance A Request from Conley's Mother
First let me introduce myself.  I am Jeri Boothe Lane, the mother of Conley Lane. Secondly I would like to thank all the kind people who took the time to review the web site.  My reason for this letter is quite simple. As you know from reading the web site Conley was killed by a drunk driver in Jackson Wyoming.  It has been 15 years now and the pain is as great today as it was the day I was notified.  I have been forced to go on with my life without Conley but I should not be forced to live with the injustice he received from the local establishment.

I am appealing to the mothers of society who have a deeper understanding concerning the unfairness and mistreatment of their children. The tears we shed over our children are as pure and life supporting as our blood which flows through their veins.

Conley & Jeri

My Request

If and when you review the jacksonholeinjustice.org web site, please respond on the petition with whatever you find or deem to be flagrant pertaining to the way the local officials handled, or in your opinion, mishandled the facts.

 For example:

  1. I was told by the State Police and the Corner that no alcohol was involved on Conley and Ollie‘s part and there was no mention in the autopsy report of any alcohol.  Once we questioned the circumstances regarding the specifics of the wreck we were then told that both Conley and Ollie were intoxicated.

  1. The vehicles were destroyed before we could have them investigated for evidence.

  1. Conley’s clothes were never returned to the family.

  1. We were never allowed to see the photos taken of the wreck site or the autopsy photos.

  1. We were never allowed to have any photos of the autopsy report or any photos of the wreck site.

I have overwhelming documentation of fraud, indisputable evidence of perjury and I believe the evidence will prove that the local authorities prevented a fair and unbiased investigation to take place.

What ever you find unusual, questionable, or irregular, please make a statement to that effect.  Your support and willingness to speak out and contact your Congress person or representative would be greatly appreciated.

REMEMBER, there is no statute of limitations on any CRIME in the State of Wyoming.
