Jackson Hole Guide March 29, 1995 Issue

In an unrelated vehicular homicide case in Teton County three drunk occupants killed another man and pleded no contest. The three men were not from the area. Prosecuting attorney Steve Weichman was quoted as saying "All three men were transients, and the crime had virtually "no community impact".

"no community impact"... Transients.....
There seem's to be a theme here.
